Process

Discovery

Understand the problem before jumping to solutions. I begin by immersing myself in your world through stakeholder workshops, user research, competitor analysis, and audits of your current experience. The goal is to define what we’re solving and for whom.

Validation

Test assumptions early. I create prototypes and concepts that can be tested with real users before committing to development. This includes low-fidelity explorations through to interactive prototypes, ensuring we’re building the right thing.

Design

Make ideas tangible. Using insights from research and validation, I create detailed designs that work across devices and contexts. This includes interface design, interaction patterns, design system foundations, and accessibility reviews. I iterate based on feedback and evidence.

Implementation

Collaborate to bring designs to life. I work closely with developers to ensure designs are built as intended, providing documentation, component specifications, and staying involved during development to refine and adapt as needed.

Iteration

Launch is just the beginning. I help teams gather feedback, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve. Through analytics, user testing, and ongoing research, I support continuous refinement based on how people actually use the product.
