The Brief
For Leisure United, a charitable trust operating 18 grassroots football and fitness hubs across the UK, I was tasked with working with the senior leadership and marketing teams to develop a robust component-driven design system that encompassed a range of flexible components to allow each of the 18 locations some individual flexibility whilst ensuring an on-brand experience for the user.
My role was to lead on discovery, design and implementation of the new system. The result was a scalable design framework that empowered local hub teams to create consistent, professional marketing materials whilst maintaining the energy and community spirit of grassroots football.
The component system provided teams with creative flexibility whilst ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
